I giornali  non possono offendere, calunniare,
pubblicare falsità per colpire persone o istituzioni. 
Perché deve poterlo fare il Web?
Chi lo usa onestamente non può avere niente da obiettare 
se viene cancellato l’anonimato e, come per i giornali,
è prescritta la firma sotto quel che si pubblica.

Le norme che regolano la stampa, nei paesi occidentali,
non la imbavagliano, al contrario, la rendono responsabile
e autorevole.
Così deve essere per la rete.

Newspapers cannot offend, slander,
post fake news to damage people or institutions.
Why can the Internet do that?
Those who use it honestly do not object if anonymity is canceled
and, as for newspapers, the signature is prescribed under
what is published.

The rules that regulate the press in Western countries don’t create
censorship, on the contrary, they make press responsible
and authoritative.
So it should be the same for the Internet.
