“With pastel propaganda that’s exactly what I wanted to achieve, creating something that was very colourful and over the top but would still appeal to the consumer and clients that would never dream, of pushing the boundaries with their hair.
My inspiration for pastel propaganda came from not only the hair world but art galleries, intsagram, and photography magazines which are full of beautiful and bright colours that pop out right at you.”
