| New research reveals that a quarter of British woman splash out more than £2,000 a year to recreate their favourite celebrity hairstyles. The poll of 600 woman, by Fabriah.com, found that Cheryl Cole and Holly Willoughby were the celebs woman most wanted to look like and that they were prepared to spend big to get the look. Of those polled, 82% visited their salon at least every eight weeks and were prepared to pay around £100 on each visit. But 25% admitted to forking out more than £2,000 each year for extra tratments – including hair extensions every three months. The woman polled also said more than £500 each year on syling products and were prepared to spend a further £100 on straightening irons and up to £50 on a hairdryer, with curling tongs and hot brushes also in demand. |
