| Essex-based Uppercut hair group held its annual competition The Face of Essex grand final ceremony recently, where Ruby Cooke beat 29 other beauties to the top spot. Ruby was selected by a panel of judges which included Uppercut owner Trevor Vale; TOWIE twins Dino and Georgio Georgides; Mark Sweetingham, editor of the Romford Recorder; and Gemma Gurvitz from Talent Talks agency. Ruby walked away with more than £ 2,000 worth of prizes including a modelling contract and a year’s worth of free hairdressing. |
