 On the 13th of October the United Wholesale Scotland Scottish Independent Retail Awards were held in Glasgow. The event recognised the best Independent Retailers in the country. Over 4000 votes were received from all over Scotland. The event was held at the Marriott hotel in Glasgow’s city centre. The winner of the Hair and Beauty Retailer category was won by Ego Hair Design, Inverness. Caroline Sanderson accepted the awards saying "It’s a great honour to be recognised as a successful and growing business in this category, I’m overwhelmed". It will be the third Scottish Award the salon has won in 2011. |
