CELEBRITIES ON THE UP
Sienna Miller This style is simple, and follows the shape and vintage feel of the dress. Having the hair up allows the dress to speak for itself, and leaving it down would spoil the silhouette of the outfit. Sienna looks stunning, but for an alternative, more broadly wearable look, the bun could be slightly dropped to one side, leaving the front the same and keeping the height at the back.
Freida Pinto This look on Freida is effortlessy glamorous, and ideal if your client wants to go for something a little looser, and not so obviously done this festive season. It is easy to create using tongs or a brush to inject movement and waves into the hair. Simply take sections at the back, and pin them up underneath to create a current, stylish, faux bob effect.
Karen Gillan Plaits are a hot trend, and are also very versatile; they can be dressed up or down to suit the occasion. Karen wears the trend beautifully here, and adds her own preppy look with a chunky braid. Alternatively, it could be left quite loose and messy to keep the look relaxed. This is a multi-faceted style, which can be worn in several different ways.
FKimberly Walsh Girls Aloud star Kimberley always looks stylish, and this gorgeous updo is no exception. Reminiscent of 40s romance and old-fashioned glamour, this beautiful style is well-groomed, and perfectly matched to her outfit. The quiff evens out her heart-shaped face, and the loose, wispy strands soften her features perfectly. As usual, Kimberley is bang on-trend, and I think she looks amazing.
