Shropshire-based salon group Rizzo Hairdressing was recently shortlisted as Best Employer in the Shropshire Business Award. The group was picked from more than 100 entries submitted by a variety of businesses, and achieved second place in the grand final, held at the Park Inn, Telford. Said the group’s owner Debra Hinton (picture): “The primary focus of our entry was our staff training programme, which is one of the strengths we feel sets us above other companies. We place huge importance on delivering continuous and structure training to all our employees.” |
