West Row Hairdressing celebrated another successful year with its annual awards night this month. More than 250 people arrived at the Marriott Hotel, Leeds, in their finery for the event, with special guests including award-winning hairdressers Rob Eaton and Terry Calvert. Trophies presented on the night included the West Row Image Award, given to the junior or assistant who had entered the best photographic entry. Winner of this category was Lewis Taylor, junior assistant at the group’s York salon. Other winners included Georgie Mathers, from the Thornton’s Arcade, Leeds salon for Assistant of the Year, and West Park salon, for Retail Salon of the Year, Sponsored by Kérastase.
