Clean Water  Aveda has pledged to mark the 30th anniversary of its Earth Month Compaign by making it the most successful ever. Running throughout April, the campaign aims to unite Aveda salons and clients in raising funds for, and awareness of, the global need to bring clean water to countries across the world. Aveda has set its fundraising goal for 2009 at US$3 million, with initiatives including the launch of a limited edition Light the Way soy wax candle; and the AvedaWalk for Water, which will see clients and Aveda professionals take part in a series of walks around the world to raise awareness and funds. The walks, taking place between 22 and 26 April will be organised locally by Aveda salons and spas.
