Business expert Mick Say has received ISO9001 approval for his salon business accelerator scheme, Full Column. Said Mick: “I have invested a lot of time and effort into gaining this approval to prove to the industry that my service is of a high quality”.

Members of the Schwarzkopf Professional PH Club descended on Paris recently, to attend the French Hairdressing Awards and the first PH Conference of 2009. The event was held in the Carousel Du Louvre and provided an excellent networking opportunity for the British visitors. The awards, organised by Schwarzkopf Professional, included a hair show, feauturing the company’s Essential Looks collection for 2009. Its dynamic PH Conference followed, offering guests an insight into the company’s global vision for the brand during its 111th year.
