“This look by Scarlett is pleasing to the eye but lacks the wow factor that an actress of her magnitude should be delivering. She normally wears bright and fresh colours, but now that her hair and make-up is darker, the cool tones of this dress don’t really work. The shape and style is flattering, giving her a good bust line and the nipped in waist shows off her great figure.
