London-based hairdersser, Stuart Phillips has entred the 2009 Guinnes Book of Records for carrying out the world’s most expensive haircut-at £8,000. but all is not quite as it seems. Stuart was featured in an issue of Russian Vogue about a service offered by his business which flies people to the Stuart Phillips salon for a haircut, with a personal shopper, bodyguard and butler included in the price. Following the article, Stuart had a number of enquiries from Russians requesting the service. |
