The 26th edition of ALTARNATIVE HAIR SHOW took place on Sunday 19th October and as for previous editions saw the participation of the best hairstylists from Europe, USA, Japan and UK.

Si è tenuta la sera di sabato 19 ottobre la 26^ edizione dell’ALTERNATIVE HAIR SHOW e, alla stregua delle precedenti edizioni, ha visto la partecipazione dei migliori hairstylist d’Europa, USA, Giappone e UK.

This is the theme all artists had to perform. This touching and emotional show open with the exhibition of tenor Francesco Malapena on the notes of
“O sole mio”.
An enormous ovation for Vidal Sassoon celebrating his 81 birthday. The performances of the 17 artists have to be understood as an emotional celebration of Vidal’s work.

questo il tema interpretato da tutti gli artisti coinvolti in questa serata ricca di momenti toccanti, che è stata aperta dal tenore Francesco Malapena, esibitosi sulle note di “O sole mio”.
Applausi scroscianti per Vidal Sassoon e i suoi 81 anni, onorati da ben 17 pensieri rivolti a lui da ogni stilista protagonista della serata.

ALTERNATIVE HAIR offers each year a unique and unforgettable show. The new trends are presented on models who become real artists, dancers and acting many moods: transgression, rigour, sweetness and fun.
There were many elements of surprise as the performance of an exceptional dancer, a 5 years old child, dancing something between a tip-tap and a Russian dance and a “motorized model” left all participants astonished.

L’ hairstyle viene presentato da modelle che per l’occasione diventano sempre più artiste, ballano e recitano interpretando diversi mood: la trasgressione, il rigore, la dolcezza, il divertimento.
Gli effetti a sorpresa non sono mancati, con la performance di un ballerino d’eccezione, un bimbo di 5 anni che ha sbalordito tutti con un tip-tap misto ad una sorta di ballo russo e l’ingresso sul palco di una modella…motorizzata!
EVERYTHING AND EVERYBODY TO COLLECT FUNDS FOR LEUKAEMIA RESEARCH.
The success of ALTERNATIVE HAIR permitted the creation of a found valued £ 6 millions, used to help and support those families who has children suffering from leukaemia and support the research at the same time.
26 years ago less then 20% of children suffering from the disease survived, now that figure tops 80%.
Tony Rizzo’s focus is on those 20% who sadly don’t overcome the disease (as his small son Valentino). Until every child with Leukaemia survives, Tony’s mission will not end.
TUTTO E TUTTI PER LA RACCOLTA FONDI A FAVORE DELLA RICERCA SULLA LEUCEMIA.
Il successo di ALTERNATIVE HAIR ha permesso la creazione di un fondo del valore di 6 milioni di sterline, con lo scopo di aiutare le numerose famiglie con bambini malati di leucemia e, contemporaneamente, aiutare la ricerca. Ventisei anni fa solo il 20% dei bambini malati di leucemia sopravvivevano, oggi, grazie ai successi derivati dalla ricerca, la percentuale si è alzata all’80%.
L’attenzione di Tony Rizzo, che ha perso il figlio Valentino a causa della leucemia, si rivolge al 20% dei bambini che non sopravvivono e la sua missione non avrà fine fino a quando nessun bambino potrà più morire a causa di questo cancro del sangue.
