Named after, and inspired by, the Hubble telescope, Harriet’s Hubble collection is an exploration into the colours of the universe. Harriet immersed herself in a world of astronomical objects, and each of the styles within the collection have been inspired by galaxies beyond the Milky Way. Luscious pastels, edgy plaits, and disconnection all featured in her presentation, which has been awarded a distinction.

The collection “Origen” is inspired by the work of Charles Demuth and figurative preciousness of the 20s’, characterized by the pursuit of purity and clarity of form and volume. It is a versatile collection and at the same time commercial, both the simplicity of the cuts as the potential of the technique and color collection.

President Obama signed into law the bill H.R. 1321 phasing out the production and sale in the USA of rinsed-off cosmetic products containing plastic microbeads.
According to the law, the term “plastic microbeads” means “any solid plastic particle that is less than five millimetres in size and is intended to be used to exfoliate or cleanse the human body or any part thereof.” The text also includes toothpastes within the rinse-off cosmetic category concerned by the ban.
The new law will phase microbeads out of consumer products over the next few years, starting with a ban on manufacturing the beads beginning on the July 1, 2017, followed by the ban on sales on July 1, 2018. However, in the case of a rinse-off cosmetic that is also a non-prescription drug, the ban on manufacturing will begin on July 1, 2018, and the ban on sale on July 1, 2019.
