In today’s business we know how important education is, and how good direction enables you to grow your business. The Salon Owner, Jason Hall, invited the team at Jason Hall Hairdressing salons based in Edinburgh to the luxury ‘Red Star’ screen room at local Dominion Cinema, for a ‘team’ day to discuss good salon service. Of course, the thought of listening to his presentation on customer service as well as a film about service standards would have been superb, however, Jason had other plans. As lights went down, out came the cinema attendants with bottles of champagne, boxes of popcorn, hot dogs for all and the film ‘You Don’t Mess With The Zohan’ began. ‘It’s essential to thank your team for their work and this was the ultimate surprise for them. It was worth it just for the look on their faces’ Jason Hall, Salon Owner ‘An incredible surprise, everyone really enjoyed the film, we all felt very special’ Mia Stronach, Salon Coordinator Following the film and festivities Jason thanked everyone for their hard work in sharing his vision of great service. He definitely ‘blew them away’.

Sapeste altresì quante visite a vuoto fanno i rappresentanti a questi saloni. E allora perché caro parrucchiere ti lamenti?
