| The XIV International Hair and Beauty Festival, an event sponsored by Intercoiffure Bulgaria, in Sofia, on October 9, hosted teams of the sections from Israel, Russia, Poland, Switzerland, Australia and Brazil, that staged a series of shows featuring hair fashion trends in what is called the Show of the Nations, where internationally acknowledged professionals presented their expertise. To represent the country, Intercoiffure Brazil appointed the hairdressers Lauro Soares Boos, of Salon Heads Coiffure, in the city of Campinas (State of São Paulo), and Antonio Crizel and Nilton Santos of Salon Hairtech, in the city of Pelotas (State of Rio Grande do Sul). |

| The fashion and beauty trends for the spring / summer 2012 season that emerged behind the scenes of the Milan, New York, London and Paris fashion weeks are eclectic and recalled the 50′s, 70′s and 80′s, with clean, light, glamorous and luxurious looks. Several beauty care professionals and world renowned hairstylists participated in the backstage of the main fashion shows. They are responsible for many of the looks that will inspire hairdressers and makeup artists and they will take over the streets with new interpretations. |

Ad aprire la kermesse lo stilista Paul Falltrick, con una Collezione capace di unire l’ispirazione street londinese alle più sofisticate tendenza moda. La Business conference, guidata da Pietro Falconi della Direzione Sviluppo Mestieri L’Oréal Produits Professionnels, è stata un viaggio a bordo della Matrix Special Car alla scoperta delle quattro leve fondamentali che Matrix mette al servizio dei suoi clienti per garantire il successo: Trade Marketing, iniziative marketing e commerciali ed Education. Lo stilista cosmopolita Franco Della Grazia ha chiuso la "due giorni" con la sua performance: ispirazioni androgine per look capaci di mescolare elementi maschili e femminili. |

 The entire team at Sanrizz gathered at Knightsbridge Education Centre for the salon group’s Assistant and Graduate Stylists Competition. The day was hosted by international creative director Leonardo Rizzo who opened the presentation by congraulating those presenting on the day. Each partecipant presented their model with a short explanation of the colour and cut techniques had used and demonstrated what the had learnt on their educational journey with Sanrizz. Each contestant was judged on the total look they presented, the winner was announced ad Alex Cantle, who has been with the company for the past year having started work as graduate stylist at Sanrizz St Pauls following a three-month Diploma course. |

| Tikadi hair salon based in Ongar, Essex has won the ‘Excellent Customer Service’ category at the inaugural Mid Essex Business Awards 2011. The popular village salon had been selected as Finalists in both the "Excellent Customer Service" category along with 2nd Year learner Adam Davison as "Apprentice of the Year" recognising the salon’s articulate attention to client service and their superb training and development schedule. Salon Owners Sharon Hennessey and Michael Mehmet along with their entire Ongar team attended the Finalists night on Friday 4th November where the winners were announced at a black tie award night held at Boreham House at Chelmsford. Businesses from all industry sectors participated in the awards. |

Anne had to present a live model, in front of a panel of acclaimed French hairdressers to win the two categories – L’Oréal Produits Professional du Haute Coiffure Françoise Trophy 2011 for outstanding colouring skills and the ultimate award of the evening, the International Talens Trophy. |
