ROMANTICA COLLECTION

Romantica fuses rock sensibilities with eternal English dandy. Its pistols at dawn in the early morning mist. It’s lace and ruffles creating an antique but totally modern image. The technique is working strict sectioning panels that are cut individually in distinct disconnection that creates the possibilities to dress and style the hair in many alternative ways. The colour is strong but faded creating the same antique feeling of the clothes and is achieved by working hand in hand with the cut shape to emphasise and decorate the total look.

Thirty year old Seung Ki Baek is Company Consultant for Rush London and has worked with the Rush group for three years. He has already wowed us with his creative and quirky styles, finalising for the 2008 British Hairdressing Awards. His interest in history combined with a real love for fashion, merges to give amazing technical and stylish hair.

INSPIRATION:
The collection was inspired by merging historical Greek Mythology with current fashion trends. The stylist wanted to fuse the two and create a modern day Greek goddess. The shapes produced by the hair and clothes are important and they capture a strong and beautiful image. The styling and geometric shapes created by the mixture of old and new are attractive to the eye and has guided the stylist to produce a powerful result.
